If a customer is unable to supply it, our in house graphic designers can help through the use of high quality pantone books (additional hourly fees may apply). Pricing will increase depending on location of the colors (ex. shirt sleeve, full back, etc.) and the amount of different colors.

How Many Can Be Imprinted on Apparel?

For silk screening decoration, we have 6 presses on site. On a white surface, such as a t-shirt, our maximum imprint ability is 6 colors per decoration location on promotional products. When printing on a dark surface, our maximum imprint ability is 5 per imprint location. This is because a white imprint has to be laid down first so that the additional colors absorb onto a plain base, such as painting a color over primer. Almost all of our apparel orders are silk screened on site.

Regarding embroidery decoration, we can embroider up to 12 different thread colors per promotional products decoration location. Exact matches of imprint colors to match your logo can be guaranteed. Our in house graphic designers use about ten different pantone books with multiple variations of every color and shade available. This totals to thousands of different colors for promotional products. Matching fees may apply.
