J.M. Field Marketing Announced the Launch of its “Let’s Do Lunch!” Program

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, October 12, 2009—J.M. Field Marketing has announced the launch of its new and exciting “Let’s Do Lunch!” program. “Our goal is to help our clients stay ahead of the game by enabling them to get an early start on the holiday season,” said Jack Field, President of J.M. Field Marketing. “It’s a great way for us to meet with each client and help them sort through their corporate gift list and holiday projects, offering help where our services are best utilized.”

A 2008 Lunchtime Survey showed that more than half of Americans multitask or work through their lunch hour. Armed with that information, as part of its program, the J.M. Field Marketing sales team will treat their clients to lunch, where they will work with each one to help select the perfect corporate gifts and to start crossing things off the client’s Holiday To Do List.

The goal of the “Let’s Do Lunch!” program is to excite clients for the holiday season and to entice them to take advantage of the early season savings by getting a jumpstart on ordering corporate gifts. The initiative is being announced to clients by way of a direct mail piece –– arriving at the recipient’s desk in a creative imprinted and addressed brown paper lunch bag. The lunch bag houses a custom-designed postcard advertising the lunch offer and informing clients how to make their reservation as well as a flyer introducing some product ideas. To offer a convenient way for clients to prepare for the meeting, the creative team has added a Holiday To Do List to the back of the postcard so recipients can make notes before sitting down with a sales representative. In addition, to make the program even more effective, the sales team will add notes to the product flyer tailored to each individual client and they will also prepare a presentation for the lunch meeting with even more ideas.

The “Let’s Do Lunch!” program is aimed at making the holiday season and corporate gift selection process as smooth and effortless as possible. In addition to the marketing team, the print, web design, fulfillment and call center team also contributed to the development and production of the initiative. “This holiday program is an excellent example of teamwork among the different departments here at J.M. Field Marketing and is the prefect showcase of our capabilities as a company,” remarked Alexis Kovic, Creative Director at J.M.
