Cost is definitely an import facet when deciding which fulfillment warehouse to store your materials with. J.M. Field Fulfillment offers some of the most competitive pricing on fulfillment in the industry and we work with you, no matter the size of your organization. Our fulfillment pricing is scalable and adjusts as your needs change. We also understand that you are unique and since no two organizations are the same, we take the type of product, order attributes, transportation method, capacity and the client’s requirements into consideration.
Order Fulfillment Costs
When it comes to order fulfillment, our rates are as low as $2.00 per order on pick, pack and ship. Our proprietary inventory management system, All In View, and our quick and efficient service, makes it possible for us to provide a low base order charge. Our base order charge includes up to 25 total units of 1 SKU picked to be handled/shipped within one package and/or box. Added units (greater than 25), additional SKUs picked (greater than 1) and additional packages and/or boxes (greater than 1) cost only a bit more. For every one unit added, the cost is $0.01; for every one additional SKU picked, the cost is $0.25 and for every one additional box handled/shipped, the cost is $0.25.
Shipping costs are also highly competitive and work to your advantage in providing you with low costs. J.M. Field Fulfillment-provided standard packing/boxes are $0.65 per box; UPS/FedEx foreign shipment processing is $5.00 per order and palletized orders that are wrapped and banded cost $20.00 per pallet.
Costs Based on All In View Package
J.M. Field Fulfillment does not only offer great shipping, we also provide account support and charge based on what service package you choose from All In View’s offerings as there are three, Element, Mezzo and Enterprise. You would pick the package depending on the amount and size of orders you need picked, packed and shipped. The first tier, Element, best for small businesses with a limited amount of supply, offers the ease of use you need to launch quickly and effectively. The second tier, Mezzo, great for medium-sized growing companies with ever-increasing inventory demand, helps with an intermediate amount of daily orders as your business expands. The last and most robust tier, Element, is perfect for companies with a large amount of inventory and long shipping needs. Enterprise allows companies to easily manage a large daily order of volumes, while providing each customer special attention to ensure long term business relationships.
Account Support Hours
Account support hours are tracked electronically using time management software and then billed to clients, usually on a monthly basis, or based on their service package agreement. Charges are for daily account support and assistance with system order flow, consultation, inventory entry, site updates, calls with clients and the quality control necessary to keep your fulfillment plan efficient and cost-effective.
