Google AdSense Goes Multi-Screen…Finally!

Google has recently announced that AdSense, Google’s targeted Ad publisher, is going multi-screen! This long overdue feature will allow ads to be optimized for multiple screen sizes including tablets and smartphones. In the future (and present) where “responsive everything” is the standard for web design, it is no wonder why efficiently monetizing ads for a good mobile-user experience is the next step in online advertising and web marketing.

What’s New in the AdSense Help Center?

The new Multi-Screen feature in the AdSense Help Center will enable users to post questions and get answers, get tips from other publishers, and share individual trends and resources. The new AdSense Multi-Screen will give companies new access to what’s trending in industrial circles, resources available in such circles, and give users a chance to learn from others within the community.

Using AdSense for Your Business

Google AdSense is a program that allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements, that are targeted to site and audience. These advertisements are sorted and maintained by Google and can generate revenue on either per-click or per-impression basis. Businesses can use AdSense to place targeted ads on relevant websites which can help increase traffic to their company website.

Google said:

“There’s a lot to think about when deciding on your multi-screen strategy. To help you in your decision-making, we’ve created new multi-screen guidelines. ”
