SCREEN-PRINTING EQUIPMENT
J.M. Field Marketing has updated its equipment with the M&R SPORTSMANE textile printing press. This state-of-the-art automatic press is utilized in screen-printing processes and can print up to 6 colors.
The modified design of this machine offers a larger print area of 20”x20”, servo-driven indexers, electric printheads and multiple print-stroke capability. The automation eliminates the hard physical effort involved in hand-pulling squeegees and clamping screens while also equipping J.M. Field Marketing with the ability to take on large and last-minute jobs. Other features of this machine include a user-friendly control panel with digital keypad, onboard self-diagnostics, real-time production data and an independent start/finish setting that automatically activates and stops printheads at the beginning and end of production runs.
