Jack Field began his work experience at a young age, but it was during those years that he learned the incentive and recognition elements that ultimately provided him with the expertise to open J.M. Field Marketing.
In its early years, J.M. Field Marketing provided promotion-related products and services, but soon realized that the client demand for warehousing, shipping and receiving was increasing. To meet the demand, the company expanded its operations, eliminating outsourcing and offsite storage and combined its services into its first warehouse office of 10,000 square feet. J.M. Field Marketing also began to offer a broader range of services, including printing, mailing, silkscreen, and embroidery. As the volume of orders increased, J.M. Field Marketing created and implemented its first order processing and inventory system. This same system was introduced to clients to meet their needs in the areas of inventory management, order processing, database management and call center services.
Today, J.M. Field Marketing is a company of great versatility. The warehouse has expanded to over 52,000 square feet and its online capabilities have increased and now offer clients shopping carts, sales and commissions tracking, incentive sweepstakes with flash and much more. J.M. Field Marketing has also expanded to CD/DVD duplicating and customizing programs for educational and dietary companies.
